1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Stowly app ("Service") provided by Simply Sami ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stowly is a home organization and inventory management application that helps users catalog, track, and manage household items, storage boxes, moves, and vacation rental properties. Features include QR code labeling, AI-assisted organization, household sharing, moving tracking, and a guest/cleaner portal for vacation rental hosts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Stowly, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Stowly offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Profile page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Stowly (e.g., photos, item descriptions, property information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell it to third parties.

8. Guest and Cleaner Access

The Stowly Stay feature allows you to share limited property access with guests and cleaners via tokenized links. You are solely responsible for managing and revoking these access links. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your sharing of guest or cleaner links.

9. Household Sharing

When you join or create a household, other household members may view and interact with your shared inventory data. You are responsible for ensuring you only share households with trusted individuals. You may leave a household at any time through the app settings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Stowly app — including but not limited to design, logos, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Simply Sami and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data or inventory information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Sami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile page.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
